Here you’ll find resources and information for new and potential members of Legacy Center Church.

When you visit Legacy, expect to be greeted by a friendly face and wrapped in loving arms. We are living demonstrations of God’s great love!

We are a church that believes in the Holy Spirit manifesting His power. You may see people raising their hands, dancing, and worshiping with exuberance. You may also see the power of God manifest through words of encouragement being released over people, miraculous healings and deliverance through prayer.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re so glad you asked. Salvation is not a complicated task; it’s simply a choice. First, we all must understand that God is in control. His love, reach, and word touches everything. He is limitless in power. Nothing can contain Him or command Him. Our God is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is our Father and He is reachable to His Children.

We all must acknowledge we are not perfect and have sinned. Being a “good person” doesn’t cut it. The Bible is very clear that none of us can alone claim that title, no matter what we’ve done well in life (Romans 3:10). We were all born into sin due to the fall of Adam and Eve. The Bible states “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 3:23; 6:23). That means we all deserve to die. There is no way around that. The Good News is because God loved us so much, He sent His son Jesus to cover us (John 3:16-18). He didn’t get rid of the price, but rather paid it in full. That means He died in our place and gave us the Gift of Life instead. In order to accept this gift, we now have to respond. This is everyone’s opportunity to say “Yes I will follow”.

The ABC’s of salvation is a great tool to navigate this process, but understanding the “why” is what solidifies this decision.

Admit you have sinned.

Believe in Jesus Christ’s work on the Cross.

Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation”. – Romans 10:9-10 NKJV

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! Send us a note and tell us what you did.

YAY! Simply fill out a Connect Card the next time you come to the church.

Check the box that says “you want to join.”

You will receive an email that starts you on the process of enrollment in Growth Track, our four-week curriculum, designed to engage, educate, and connect new members with Legacy’s family and culture.

After completing Growth Track, you will begin Soul Purge, a four-week, online series that helps you uncover the missing keys to your permanent deliverance. Once you complete the online series, you will participate in a live deliverance session.

All hands-on deck! Legacy is a place of empowerment. Our Core Values are Identity, Inheritance, and Impact. We want you to grow, and be able to grow others. Serving is a big part of that.

After completing Growth Track and Soul Purge, all members can begin serving.

The short answer is no. We value all that you’ve gone through and what you have learned along the way. Here at Legacy, we believe that your fruit will speak for you. Titles are not something we transfer. We allow God to reveal in due time.

Preserving our pastors is a priority for us. We value the word they carry, and work very hard to ease the load in our respective manners.

If you experience family issues, problems, or need counseling, we have Elders and Deacons to assist you in these matters. As a member, you will be assigned an Elder who will meet with you regularly, to see how you and your family are doing.

Even in all this, our Pastors are always available when needed.

Our Children’s Church currently serves ages 2-18 years old. We also have a room in the back for mothers with infants.

Our services are held on Sundays at 9AM and 11AM EST and bible study on Wednesdays at 7PM.

We ask that you arrive early for the 11AM Sunday service as seats fill up fast. If the parking lot in front of the church is full, you may park in the secondary lot beside the building.

We are excited that you feel called to Legacy. Currently, we do not have housing to provide for those relocating to NC and joining us. However, we have a Transition Team who can connect you to resources such as jobs, housing, and information about the Raleigh, Cary and Durham areas. For more information, email info@legacycenterchurch.org

Be comfortable. We move around a lot, so we would advise wearing things that will allow you to freely worship Christ uninhibited. Whether that be a suit and tie or jeans and a t-shirt.
